Entitle Guard™ Terms of Use

Welcome to Entitle Guard™. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Entitle Guard mobile application ("Application"), website, and related services ("Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using Entitle Guard™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Entitle Guard™, you agree to comply with these Terms, as well as any policies referenced within them. These Terms apply to all users of the Application and Service.

You may use Entitle Guard™ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third party rights.

2. About the Application

The Entitle Guard™ mobile application is provided by Entitle Guard ("Service Provider") as a freemium service. Some features may be available at no cost, while others may require payment.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to the following:

  • You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative works of the Application.
  • You may not extract or attempt to obtain the source code.
  • All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property remain the property of the Service Provider.
  • The Service Provider may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Application at any time. Any future charges will be communicated clearly before being applied.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Device Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly recommends not rooting or jailbreaking your device, as it may:

  • Compromise security features
  • Expose your device to malware or viruses
  • Cause the Application to function incorrectly

3.2 Internet and Data Usage

Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function due to:

  • Loss of Wi-Fi or mobile data
  • Insufficient data allowance
  • Network limitations or outages
  • Roaming charges incurred while travelling

If you are not the bill payer for your device, it is assumed you have permission from the bill payer to use the Service.

3.3 Device Power

You are responsible for ensuring your device remains charged. The Service Provider is not liable if you cannot access the Service due to loss of battery power.

4. Personal Data and Privacy

Entitle Guard™ stores and processes personal data you provide in order to deliver the Service. Please review our separate Privacy Policy for details on:

  • What data we collect
  • How we process and store your data
  • Your rights regarding your personal information

By using the Service, you consent to such processing.

5. Third Party Services

The Application uses third party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. By using Entitle Guard™, you also agree to the terms set by those providers.

Examples include (but are not limited to):

  • Google Play Services
  • Google Analytics for Firebase
  • Firebase Crashlytics

The Service Provider is not responsible for the content, functionality, or availability of these third party services.

6. Limitation of Liability

While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated, accurate, and available, we rely on third party data sources and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation.

The Service Provider is not liable for any:

  • Direct, indirect, or incidental losses
  • Damages arising from reliance on information within the Application
  • Issues caused by third party data or network providers
  • Losses due to device failure, battery issues, or unsupported operating systems

You use the Application at your own risk.

7. Updates and Availability

The Application may require updates to remain functional. You agree to install updates when offered.

The Service Provider does not guarantee:

  • Compatibility with all versions of operating systems
  • Continuous availability of the Application
  • That all features will remain the same over time

The Service Provider may discontinue the Application at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Application ends immediately.
  • You must stop using the Application and delete it from your device.

8. Prohibited Conduct

When using Entitle Guard™, you agree not to:

  • Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities
  • Attempt to breach the Application’s security
  • Access the Service using automated scripts or tools
  • Upload malicious or harmful content

Violations may result in termination of your access.

9. Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may update these Terms periodically. We encourage you to review this page regularly to stay informed.

Changes take effect immediately after being posted on this page.
