• Encrypted at rest and in transit, end to end.
• Role based access. Builder, merchant, OEM and admin surfaces all see only what they should.
• Sensitive identifiers are hashed. We collect the minimum needed to deliver the service.
• Routine independent penetration testing.
• Incident response plan with named owners and a documented disclosure timeline.

What we will never do

• Sell your data to a third party.
• Share warranty content with a builder or merchant who did not supply that product.
• Use your homeowner's data to retarget ads on someone else's site.
• Move your data offshore without your explicit, written consent.
• Train AI models for anyone outside the Entitle Guard product on your data.
