How long does setup take?+
Most pilot builders are live within four weeks of signing the pilot agreement, including a custom onboarding workshop with our team.
How are homeowners onboarded?+
You send a single text message at handover. The homeowner taps a link and is in. No password creation up front.
What does it cost after the pilot?+
Pricing is per property, with volume discounts. Talk to us during the pilot for an exact quote tailored to your portfolio.
Does it integrate with Buildertrend?+
Yes. We slot in alongside Buildertrend for project data, BOM and vendor schedules. Same with Buildxact, Procore and AroFlo.
Where is the data stored?+
In Australia. SOC 2 work is in progress. Full security and privacy posture is at /platform/security.
What about the homes I have already handed over?+
You can backfill in bulk via Excel project import. We help you stage the rollout so existing customers see the new portal as an upgrade, not a re-sign.
