What does it cost?+
Joining the EG trade network is free. We earn from the builders and homeowners, not from you.
Do I need a portal login?+
You get a trade portal at trade.entitleguard.com. Most jobs start from a magic link by text, with a full login if you want a calendar and job history.
Which certificates can I upload?+
Any NSW residential compliance certificate or warranty document. PDF, photo or scan, all fine.
Do you share my contact details with homeowners?+
Only with homeowners whose home you have worked on, and only after they request you. You control your visibility.
What about NSW Fair Trading licence verification?+
We check your licence number against the NSW Fair Trading register when you join, and remind you before it expires.
Where is my data stored?+
In Australia. Same security posture as the rest of Entitle Guard.
